Returns & Refunds

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect sizing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@geeksghouls.com with:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the issue  

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Important Information

- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- If a package is returned due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
- We do not accept returns sent back without contacting us first.

EU Customers

Under EU law, certain made-to-order or personalised items may not be eligible for return. By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are produced specifically for you.
